About You:

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and talented intern who is eager to learn and contribute to various departments within our company. You will be closely involved with the Sales & Marketing team, assisting with daily operations and supporting the sales functions of a DMC.

To be successful as an Intern, you should be open to taking on diverse tasks as assigned by your supervisor. You will also have the chance to engage with exciting upcoming projects and contribute to ongoing campaigns. Your interest in sustainability and tourism will be key to your success in this internship.

Profile:

• Active student from Tourism study program.
• Committed to a 6-months internship.
• Able to commit full-time (up to 40 working hours per week).
• English, Dutch/German Language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Travel experience in Indonesia/Asia preferred
• Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good time-management and able to work well in dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Young minded individual with an outgoing attitude, interact well with other team members, clients and actively participate in sustainability-related programs and initiatives.
• Applicants must provide a recommendation/reference letter from the University.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform the tasks assigned and keep the supervisor updated about the progress of the task or project.
• Assist Account Manager in preparing (tailor-made) tour quotations.
• Assist Sales Department in handling and solving all complaints that arise from internal operation of tours in collaboration with the Account Manager and Sales Manager.
• Supporting Sales team in preparing data for B2C platform
• Supporting Sales team in preparing travel offers to B2B and B2C clients.
• Assistance in marketing efforts such as Social Media, Newsletters, Website updates.
• Support the sustainability committee in providing environmental awareness to the organization on internal communication platforms.
