Job Description

  • Create and implement strategic plans to grow the bancassurance business, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks to maximise product penetration and sales opportunities through their networks.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the bancassurance team to achieve sales targets, driving product performance and developing strategies to optimise sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure all products and sales processes adhere to principles, collaborating with internal boards and external regulators to maintain product integrity.
  • Identify and pursue new bancassurance partnership opportunities to expand the distribution network, focusing on long-term growth.
  • Oversee the training and development of the bancassurance sales force, ensuring a strong understanding of insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Requirement

  • 7+ years of experience in bancassurance, financial services, or insurance, with a focus on the insurance products.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing distribution channels and partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of law and principles as they apply to insurance and financial products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and meeting growth targets.
