Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating daily logistics, shipping, and port operations, monitoring vessel movement and cargo handling, preparing operational documents, reports, and permits, coordinating with internal and external parties, ensuring compliance with regulations, CoC, and HSE policies, and delivering reliable, service-oriented support to maintain client satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate daily logistics, shipping, and port operations to ensure smooth vessel movement and cargo handling.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain operational documents, reports, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, port authorities, agents, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant operations.
  • Monitor vessel schedules, cargo activities, and operational progress to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, Code of Conduct (CoC), and HSE policies.
  • Provide reliable and responsive service to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Shipping, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or port operations
  • Good understanding of vessel movement, cargo handling, and operational documents
  • Familiar with operational reporting, permits, and relevant regulations
  • Strong coordination skills with internal and external parties
  • Service-oriented with focus on client satisfaction
  • Committed to Code of Conduct (CoC) and HSE policy
