About the Role

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for producing engaging and creative content across various platforms to strengthen Amartha's employer branding, culture engagement and internal communications. Your main tasks include executing photo and video production and collaborating with different teams to ensure consistent messaging. This internship will give you hands-on experience in creative production within a dynamic, purpose-driven company.

Job description

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content (posts, videos) for our social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and assist in building online communities around our brand.
  • Support in brainstorming, launching, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. Help apply these trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging.

Requirements

  • Open for entry-level candidates, including fresh graduates.
  • Strong passion for social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok) and trends.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) is a bonus but not required.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Skilled in creating content & graphic design.
  • Experienced with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut Desktop/Mobile).
  • Experience with color grading and sound design is a bonus.
  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
