Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Sebagai Account Manager, Anda akan bertanggung jawab membangun dan menjaga hubungan strategis dengan klien untuk memastikan kepuasan, retensi, dan pengembangan bisnis berkelanjutan. Anda akan menjadi penghubung utama antara klien dan tim internal (operasional, keuangan, dan teknis) guna memastikan seluruh kebutuhan dan ekspektasi klien terpenuhi sesuai standar layanan MBD Kontraktor
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Menjadi penghubung utama antara perusahaan dan klien selama proses proyek berlangsung.
- Berkoordinasi antara tim teknis dan tim eksternal (AM, pelaksana proyek, manajemen).
Mengadakan koordinasi rutin untuk menyamakan pemahaman proyek.
Menyusun, memperbarui, dan memastikan implementasi SOP teknis internal.
- Menjaga keteraturan file proyek dan dokumentasi digital.
- Melakukan seleksi awal vendor dari segi kualitas, harga, dan kredibilitas.
Mengidentifikasi potensi tender, repeat order, dan proyek lanjutan.
Memberikan persetujuan atau revisi terhadap dokumen teknis sebelum diserahkan ke klien/lapangan
Menyusun dan menegosiasikan proposal penawaran serta addendum kontrak dengan klien.
Menentukan prioritas kerja teknis berdasarkan urgensi proyek
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK/S1 bidang terkait
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang sales (lebih disukai
- Mampu membaca dokumen teknis & kontrak proyek.
- Terampil dalam negosiasi, presentasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal.
- Memiliki kemampuan membangun relasi dan memahami kebutuhan klien secara strategis.
- Siap bekerja mobile, melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi proyek dan klien.
