Role Description

  • Support research and analysis on public policy issues related to sustainability, including energy transition, climate disclosure, sustainable finance framework, and many more.
  • Assist in drafting policy briefs, analytical notes, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct desk research on national and international regulatory developments and global best practices.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement activities with government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and development partners.
  • Support project coordination, documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking.
  • Help prepare materials for workshops, consultations, and capacity-building sessions.
  • Actively learn and build foundational expertise in climate policy, sustainable-finance regulations, and ecosystem-based policy solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education:
     Minimum Bachelor's degree in
    Public Policy or Law
    (required) with 0–3 years of professional experience in related fields.
  • Interests:
     Strong interest in topics such as energy transition, corporate decarbonization, climate-aligned financial disclosure (e.g., TCFD, ISSB), sustainable finance regulations, and environmental governance.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Comfortable working with qualitative data; familiarity with basic quantitative concepts is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Contract and Working Arrangement

  • Consultancy-based contract for the first year, with potential transition to permanent employment.
