Responsibilities

As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, secure, and high-quality solutions.


• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).


• Build Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps aligned with business requirements.


• Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate.


• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems/APIs.


• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Ensure best practices in performance, security, governance, and scalability.


• Conduct troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


• Support deployment, UAT, and production environments.

Requirements


• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps Developer.


• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.


• Good understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment management.


• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure services, or REST APIs.


• Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) in Alam Sutera.

Nice to Have


• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.


• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).


• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.


• Experience in consulting or client-facing projects.
