Job Description:

As a Fullstack Developer in our fintech team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing both frontend and backend components of our financial products and platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing fintech solutions using Laravel (PHP) for backend and for frontend development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP) on the backend and React.JS on the frontend.


• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.


• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, KYC/AML providers, and financial data APIs.


• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.


• Implement secure coding practices and data protection protocols aligned with fintech compliance standards (e.g., OJK, GDPR, PCI-DSS).


• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.


• Maintain database schemas and manage migrations using tools like Eloquent ORM (Laravel).


• Write unit tests and documentation to ensure application reliability and maintainability.


• Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, especially within the fintech landscape.

Requirements:


• Minimum education Diploma (D3)


• Good communication in english


• Minimum experience 2+ years in fullstack developer


• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role in fintech or financial services sector.


• Strong proficiency in Backend: PHP with Laravel Framework, Message broker (RabbitMQ), Queueing, MySQL, Cache, Redis, livewire, Kernel, unit testing


• Solid experience with React.JS, Boostrap, HTML, CSS,


• including component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Redis, Livewire, Queueing).


• Proficient in working with MySQL/PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).


• Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).


• Understanding of security best practices, especially in handling financial transactions and personal data.


• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.


• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have:


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).


• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).


• Exposure to financial regulations (e.g., KYC/AML, OJK, ISO 27001 compliance).

On-site - Full WFO, BSD Area

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 09.00 – 18.00 WIB
