Key Responsibilities:

  1. Backend Development & Microservices


• Develop and maintain scalable backend services for the Payment Gateway platform using Golang and microservices architecture.

  1. Payment Processing


• Build and integrate payment modules (authorization, settlement, refunds, reconciliation) and multi-channel payment solutions (cards, e-wallets, bank transfer, QR).

  1. Security & Compliance


• Ensure systems comply with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, OWASP, and industry security standards.

  1. Performance & High Availability


• Design HA architecture and disaster recovery strategies.

  1. Cloud & DevOps


• Deploy applications on Alibaba Cloud/Huawei Cloud with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform; implement CI/CD pipelines.

  1. Collaboration


• Work with Product, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Education


• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

  1. Technical Expertise


• 2+ years Golang development


• Strong concurrency knowledge (Goroutines, parallel processing)


• Experience with microservices, gRPC, REST API


• Strong SQL/NoSQL skills


• Payment Industry Experience — Mandatory


• Must have experience working in a PJP company or Payment Gateway industry


• Familiar with ISO 8583/20022, banking APIs, card networks


• Knowledge of tokenization, 3D Secure, fraud detection

  1. Security (Preferred)


• PCI DSS, secure coding, HSM/key management experience

  1. DevOps & Cloud


• Experience deploying Golang apps on Alibaba Cloud/Huawei Cloud
