Tenant Relation Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, hospitality, or front-office operations.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional foreign language skills is a must.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Good knowledge of basic administrative tasks, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Demonstrates good manners, integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments (Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, and others).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic Canva skills are an advantage.
