Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative agreement documents and others are neat and well-organized.
  • Ensure that the responsibilities and obligations of tenants are met.
  • Ensure that events and other business plans run smoothly to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create a plan and budget for office and tenant needs.
  • Ensure office and tenant needs are met.
  • Able to work and coordinate with the team.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to lease agreements and cooperation agreements.
  • Ensure all activities and work are in accordance with SOPs related to Communication and tenant relationships.
  • Be a good partner for tenants and provide appropriate solutions related to problems on-site.

Job Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Marketing or Promotion.
  • Preferably experienced in handling administration in malls and offices.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Creative, innovative thinking, excellent communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of data analysis and documentation.
  • Able to keep up with a fast work pace.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
