About Company

Geekhunter, together with our partner, is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer for our client—an international technology company. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for technical support, playing a key part in keeping systems reliable and services running smoothly. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee system health and deliver first-line support across hardware, software, networks, and applications.
  • Handle service tickets, identify and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt action and professional communication.
  • Document incidents and resolutions within the company's ticketing platform.
  • Support end-users with guidance, training, and technical documentation.
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance, apply updates, and assist with new system rollouts.
  • Enforce security standards, apply preventive measures, and contribute to compliance adherence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT support, infrastructure, or data center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems along with server hardware, virtualization, storage, and networking.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting with hands-on experience using IT management and monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
