Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting a manufacturing company for industry to find an Workshop Supervisor to be placed in Cikarang.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, repair, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) units.
  • Strong knowledge of SRP system components, operating principles, and field applications.
  • Proficient in analyzing equipment performance data and identifying root causes of mechanical or operational issues.
  • Demonstrates good leadership, communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with field and workshop teams.
  • Physically and mentally fit, supported by a medical fitness certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and recommendations for the operation and maintenance of Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) units.
  • Interpret and evaluate operational parameters to identify performance deviations or potential failures.
  • Coordinate and supervise Pumpshop Operators in performing maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records for all SRP activities.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SRP units at field sites as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
