About the role

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT. ATEJA TRITUNGGAL, a leading manufacturing company located in West Bandung, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the purchasing and procurement processes to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and control all procurement activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review and verify purchase requests, including data accuracy and sample items.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotations, payments, delivery, and specifications.
  • Analyze and negotiate offers (price, delivery, stock, terms) for managerial approval.
  • Confirm orders to suppliers based on approved analysis.
  • Supervise Office Assistant in tracking timely delivery of goods/services.
  • Handle complaints and claims for non-compliant goods/services to seek compensation.
  • Ensure complete documentation for PIB processing

What we're looking for

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major
  • Min. 1 year experience is preferable
  • Min. GPA = 3,00
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral & written
  • Good interpersonal communication and managerial skills
  • Fresh graduate and final year college students are welcome
