Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a key adviser to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and information for the CEO to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives and oversee high-impact projects.
  • Participate in executive management meetings; analyze business issues and challenge recommendations where necessary.
  • Deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team.
  • Assess and delegate inquiries directed to the CEO to the appropriate individuals.
  • Ensure staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and tracked until resolved.
  • Act as project manager for cross-functional, high-level projects assigned by the CEO.
  • Improve business-wide processes for efficiency, clarity, and success.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all departments to strengthen collaboration and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7–10 years) in executive management support, project management, or consulting roles.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand and support corporate strategy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
