Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Exim Specialist, located in Surabaya. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify business opportunities, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients and partners while aligning strategies with company goals for international trade and exports.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.

- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Proven abilities in Sales to support achieving goals and driving business growth.

- Experiences in online marketing & social media marketing.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with international trade and forwarder business.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

- Proficiency in English & Mandarin are an advantage.

- Have basic customer exim and / or domestic

- Ages between 30-40 years old

- Have own vehicle
