Marketing Manager – Surf Camp

Location: Berawa In canggu & Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia

Job Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about surf culture, storytelling, and building communities?

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts — someone creative, organized, and ready to bring the energy of the waves to every campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management – Oversee and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Basic Graphic Design – Create simple visual assets for online use (basic design skills are a plus).

Content Creation – Plan and coordinate content production, working closely with photographers and videographers.

Copywriting – Write engaging captions, blog posts, press releases, and brand announcements.

Monthly Insight Reports – Prepare marketing performance reports and analyze key metrics.

Competitor Market Research – Monitor trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Google Business Management – Keep our profile updated and optimize for local SEO.

Influencer, Collaborator & Ambassador Management – Build relationships with creators and brand advocates in the surf community.

Website Management – Maintain and update website content, ensuring consistency with brand identity.

Coordination with Ads Team – Work closely with the advertising team to align campaign strategies and goals.

Community & Event Management – Engage our online and offline surf community; support and organize events, workshops, and promos.

Linktree Management – Keep all brand links and landing pages updated and well-organized.

Partnerships, Sponsorships & CSR – Develop collaborations and oversee social responsibility initiatives.

Merchandise – Support the marketing and promotion of branded merchandise.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

Proven experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with social media advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) and coordination with Ads specialists.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, insights tools, and marketing performance metrics is a plus.

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.

Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Numerically literate and comfortable preparing reports and analyzing data.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Passion for surfing, beach lifestyle, or outdoor travel is a big plus

Comfortable corresponding with customers, partners, and media.
