Job Description

  • Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and providing actionable insights for decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, risk mitigation, and operational improvements
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and company policies through close collaboration with legal and compliance teams
  • Manage and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and professional growth

Requirement

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or Chartered Accountant certification is an advantage.
  • Over 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, including senior leadership roles preferably within multinational retail and FMCG companies; ideally with Big 4 background
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and other financial tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international accounting standards, local taxation regulations, and financial compliance
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
