Key responsibilities

  • Training program development:

- Performance monitoring:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through methods like field visits, assessments, and feedback loops.
- Collaboration:

Work with other departments like retail operations, marketing, and HR to ensure training initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and brand messaging.
- Sales and service enhancement:

Focus on developing the skills of sales teams to improve their ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Maximum Age 30 years old
  • A strong passion for the beauty industry, including knowledge of current trends and products.
  • Experience in a retail training, learning and development, or beauty retail operations role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in retail sales and customer service environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for training rollouts and store visits.
