Role Description

This is a full-time Site Senior Supervisor role based on-site in Depok, Sawangan. The
Site Senior Supervisor
is responsible for overseeing daily construction and maintenance activities at project sites to ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. This position acts as the main link between the site team, the project management office, and other departments also collecting and coordinating with contractors for project proposal submissions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
    in
    Civil Engineering
    ,
    Architecture
    , or
    Construction Management or related.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project execution especially landed house project.
  • Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and generating Cost Reports.
