Company Description

Greeneration Foundation (GF) is a non-governmental organization focusing on waste management issues by utilizing creative media in improving people's behavior to implement Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) in Indonesia. We are based in Bandung with a representative team in Jakarta, Indonesia. We collaborate with government, environmental organization, and grassroot community. Our several program are ICEF (Indonesia Circural Economy Forum, EcoRanger, CItarum Repair, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare end-of-month financial records based on monthly transactions.
  • Create project financial reports.
  • Manage and produce monthly internal reports for each project.
  • Prepare monthly external reports for projects with specific reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the financial audit process.
  • Conduct internal financial transaction audits.
  • Entering financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Manage project audit processes.
  • Helping to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual organizational financial reports.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 (one) year of experience in accounting.
  • Experience in organization activities.
  • Experience at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and possession of Brevet A&B certification is a plus.
  • Experienced in using accounting software (ex: , SANGO)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of various formulas.
  • Knowledge of tax calculations for PPh 23 and PPh 21.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
  • Interest in environmental issues.
