About the role

We are NCR Group (NCR Sport, Starting Lane, RechampX, Hoops Point), a multi-brand urban sportswear ecosystem. Established since 2012, we've been helping Indonesian families to be more healthy by connecting them with urban sportswear that supports active lifestyle.

DataBridge Market Research projects a 7,16% growth rate for the sports apparel market in Indonesia from 2025 to 2032. The market itself was valued 3,25 USD Billion in 2024. The market is growing fast, and thus, we're also growing fast.

We have 13 offline stores in Bandung, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi, and we're planning to expand further to other major cities in Indonesia in the next 1-2 years.

We're looking for an exceptional Accounting Staff to join our young, ambitious, and dynamic team. In this full-time role, you'll support the overall financial operations and reporting of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Verifying and recording all daily sales proceeds from online/offline stores.
  • Performing regular reconciliation between AR records in the system and cash/bank statements.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly receivable summary reports.
  • Receiving, verifying, and ensuring the completeness of supporting documents (receipts, invoices) for all office and operating expenses.
  • Recording all expenses (e.g., utilities, rent, marketing, petty cash, employee claims) into the appropriate journals.
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating expenses reports.
  • Assisting in cash and bank reconciliation related to daily receipts and disbursements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles, preferably in the Retail or Distributor company.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (Accurate) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Have some knowledge in the use of tax system (Coretax).
  • Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Willing to work in our office in Bandung, West Java.
  • Willing to work from Monday-Friday and Saturday
