Responsibilities :

  • Record and monitor material receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments in the ERP system.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between physical stock and system data.
  • Analyze material consumption, yield, and scrap variances against production reports.
  • Prepare monthly material cost reports, including work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods valuation.
  • Support costing activities — including standard cost updates and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from accounting major
  • Have experience in accounting, inventory control or cost controlling
  • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Domicile in Jabodetabek
  • Willing to work at Jababeka, Cikarang
