About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team at PT Apple Flavors and Fragrances Indonesia. As a full-time role based in Cikarang Utara Jawa Barat, this position will play a crucial part in supporting the overall financial operations and reporting of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  3. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and analysis as needed
  5. Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal controls
  4. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders
  7. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications
