1103 STUDIOS is hiring from Indonesia Work full-time remotely with one of Singapore's top performance-driven agencies — all from the comfort of your home.

This is a full-time 4 months contract remote role based in Indonesia

Minimum 3 years of SEO experience

Minimum 3 years of SEM (Google Ads) experience

Proven SEO & SEM portfolio or case studies demonstrating results

Strong fluency in English (written & spoken)

Your Mission:

  • Run Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns across multiple verticals
  • Lead SEO strategy, technical audits, on-page optimization, metadata, and schema fixes
  • Improve website speed and performance metrics (LCP, CLS, TTI)
  • Launch and optimize conversion-ready landing pages using CRO best practices
  • Collaborate with our creative, content, and dev teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights that improve ROI

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO and SEM (Google Ads) experience
  • Deep knowledge of GA4, GSC, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and WordPress
  • Able to scale campaigns, improve ROAS, and reduce CPA
  • Familiar with funnel strategy, search intent, and technical SEO
  • Clear communicator in English — able to present strategy & insights
  • Bonus: Comfortable with web building (wordpress etc)
