POSITION : MARKETING COMMUNICATION ( SUPERVISOR )

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies that include advertising campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, and other brand activities

· Supervise the day-to-day operations to implement the Marketing Communication strategy to increase awareness, product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website and promote an online presence.

· Utilizes search engines optimization (SEO) analytics, search engine marketing (SEM), meta-advertising, programmatic and other advertising techniques to increase traffic to the website.

· Guides the development, cu-ration, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.

· Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns.

· Managing and updating the company's website to ensure the information is up to date and prevent the website from error.

· Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.

· Ensuing all marketing deliverables follow our brand guidelines and have the proper angle and tone of voice.

· Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, performing A/B and multivariate testing, and optimizing the campaigns to maximize conversions.

· Keeping track of the latest trends, new platforms, and technologies in the automotive digital advertising space

· Assessing engagement on both our company's website and external sites

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, and any major are welcome to apply

· At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Communication &  digital marketing or related positions – 
experience in an automotive company or agency will be prioritized.

· Great understanding of the SEO, SEM, meta and other digital advertising

· Great understanding of data analytics (Google Analytics 4, Social Media Insight Tools/Emplifi and other digital analytics).

· Great understanding of website design and social media management

· Great interpersonal communication and leadership skills

· A high level of organization and attention to detail

· Fair to advance English proficiency (written or conversational)
