  • Responsible to Review and Monitor the submission of the Financial Reports as follows:

  • Regulatory Reports (OJK, BI, AAUI)

  • Regional Reports (Quarterly and Annually)

  • Ad-Hoc Requests from Regional or Regulators

  • External Stakeholders (not limited to External Auditor)

  • Responsible to Control and Monitor Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Semester and Annually Tasks of the Accounting Team.

  • Prepare and Analyze Financial Statements
  • Ensure regulatory compliances
  • Delegate, supervise and develop Accounting Team.

  • Develop and enforce Internal Controls and Improvements

  • Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum 4-7 years relevant working experience in Accounting or Audit with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Have experience in KAP at least 3 years, preferably from big-4 accounting firm. Preferably handling in the Banking or Insurance industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the full Accounting Cycle and Financial Reporting, experienced in preparing Audit reports.
  • Profound knowledge in IFRS, local GAAP and taxation procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as Oracle, or other ERP systems).
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
