Account Executive – Corporate Health Insurance

Kami adalah broker asuransi kesehatan korporasi yang sedang berkembang cepat. Kami mencari Account Executive yang mampu membangun relasi dengan perusahaan, melakukan prospeksi dari nol, dan menutup bisnis bernilai besar dengan ritme kerja yang disiplin. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang matang, ketahanan tekanan, serta mentalitas eksekusi.
Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan prospeksi perusahaan melalui cold calling, email, dan pendekatan langsung.
- Mengatur meeting dengan HR/Finance/Owner untuk menggali kebutuhan dan menawarkan solusi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (placement, claim relation, after-sales) dalam penyusunan proposal dan penanganan klien.
- Menjalankan pipeline dengan disiplin: follow-up, status peluang, dan rencana aksi wajib selalu jelas dan terdokumentasi.
- Mencapai target akuisisi sesuai timeline.
- Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien baru maupun existing.
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di B2B sales (lebih disukai insurance broker/financial service/HR solution).
- Nyaman melakukan cold calling dan prospecting aktif.
- Komunikasi jelas dan mampu presentasi di level manajerial.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan ritme cepat.
- Disiplin dalam administrasi pipeline.
