Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead all technology development behind this vision, from core architecture and product to the long-term tech organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own Veinera's overall technology vision and architecture, ensuring all engineering work aligns with the product, business model, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Architect a scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS and mobile platform for brands, agencies, and creators globally, including core services, APIs, and key integrations.
  • Build Veinera's core intelligence layer across data pipelines, analytics, and pragmatic AI/ML to power creator scoring, risk assessment, and ROI insights.
  • Lead product–tech strategy by turning market insight and founder vision into clear technical roadmaps, milestones, and release plans, and keeping execution on track.
  • Design and oversee trust infrastructure covering security, compliance, and integrations with reliability standards fit for high-volume usage.
  • Shape and lead the engineering organization: define roles, hire the early team, set development processes, code standards, documentation, and a culture of ownership and speed.
  • Represent technology in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and key client or enterprise conversations, clearly communicating trade-offs, roadmap, and long-term platform vision.

Profile & Requirements

  • Senior-level full-stack or backend engineer with
    proven SaaS and mobile app development experience

, from architecture to shipping.
- Experience in
startup or high-growth environments

(ideally 0→1 or early stage to scale), comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and high-stakes decisions.
- Strategic, visionary technologist who thinks in terms of
product, platform, and company-building

- Clear, confident communicator — able to explain technical decisions, challenge ideas, and work closely with a non-technical founder and external stakeholders.
- Strong
founder mentality
