Job Description:
  • Meeting & Exceeding Sales Targets As Assigned.
  • Identifying And Acquiring New Distributors, As Well As Up-selling To The Existing Customer Base.
  • Track & Report Activities Of Competitors.
  • Provide Guidance, Motivation, And Support To The Sales Team to Ensure They Meet Their Sales Goals & set Clear Sales Targets And Quotas for Individual Team Members (Area Sales Manager, SPV And SE Team).
  • Develop Strong Market Intelligence And Monitor Competitor Activities on Trade Channel-related Matters And Proactively Provide Feedback To Management.
  • Managing The Entire Sales Cycle From Prospection Through To Successful Closure.
  • Building Strong Relationships with Key Accounts.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven track record in similar position.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Having strong database in General Trade, especially in these following areas: General Trade - National level.
  • Able to develop channel sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
  • Track & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
