Role Description

You will act as the key bridge between 11th Space and its business partners — including portfolio founders, business partners, and investors. Your goal is to help businesses under our portfolio grow stronger, healthier, and investment-ready. You'll monitor their progress, structure their business fundamentals, and maintain strategic relations with investors and capital partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage a portfolio of partner businesses under 11th Space's venture and investment programs.
  2. Conduct business assessments covering strategy, financial health, people, and operations.
  3. Support portfolio founders in building business structure, roadmap, and performance tracking.
  4. Manage communication and reporting between 11th Space and all our investors network.
  5. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and updates on portfolio performance and milestones.
  6. Identify opportunities for collaboration, capital access, and growth acceleration.
  7. Work closely with leadership to design frameworks and tools to support portfolio founders.

  1. Thinks strategically and understands how to make businesses more structured, efficient, and scalable.
  2. Has strong communication and relationship-building skills — especially with founders and investors.
  3. Understands business and financial management fundamentals.
  4. Is independent, proactive, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders.
  5. Can turn complex business problems into clear action plans and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Background

  1. 2–4 years experience in business consulting, strategic management or venture capital.
  2. Strong foundation in business analysis, finance, or investment readiness.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Management.
  4. Excellent English and Bahasa communication (spoken & written).
  5. Experience working with businesses/startups or investment partners is a strong advantage.

Salary range: around Rp6, net/month (depending on experience)
