Customer Service After Sales / Admin Hotline
Tanggung Jawab:
- Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan terkait masalah mesin dan bahan baku.
- Memastikan toko mendapatkan solusi yang tepat dan cepat, baik melalui telepon atau chat.
- Mengelola pengembalian produk, klaim garansi, dan penggantian sparepart sesuai prosedur.
- Mencatat dan melaporkan setiap keluhan atau masalah yang diterima untuk tindak lanjut lebih lanjut.
- Membantu mengurus berkas yang berhubungan dengan aftersales.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Customer Service Aftersales atau posisi serupa.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
- Mampu menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan sabar dan empati.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Penempatan & Jam Kerja:
Penempatan di Momoyo Training Center.
Alamat: Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto, RT.3/RW.9, Larangan Utara, Kec. Larangan, Kota Tangerang, Banten 15154.
Jam kerja:
Senin hingga Jumat: 09:30 - 17:30 (dengan jam istirahat 12:00 - 13:00).
Sabtu: 09:30 - 14:00.
