Requirement:

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Mandarin Language, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in after-sales service, customer service, or technical support is preferred.
    (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) this is a must.
  • Experience working with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Communicative, proactive, and highly customer-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other customer service platforms is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Lead and supervise the after-sales team in providing technical support, warranty services, and timely customer assistance.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking customers/partners and internal teams.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints, especially from Mandarin-speaking clients, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs) for after-sales services, including warranty claims, product returns, and repair services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on service performance, complaint trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
