Role Summary

We are hiring a Finance & Accounting Staff to manage B2B & Marketplace Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) & routine expenses/payments, treasury & bank reconciliation (including daily bank statement updates), payment journal entries & General Ledger (GL), and taxation (VAT/PPN & Withholding Tax 23/PPh 23) with proper compliance/reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· AR (B2B & Marketplace) : invoicing, receipt posting, AR aging & follow-up; reconcile marketplace settlements (Tokopedia/Shopee/etc.) with bank statements.

· AP & Routine Expenses/Payments : 3-way match (PO–GR–Invoice), build payment schedules, apply 4‑eyes control (maker–checker), and prepare payment journals.

· Treasury : T+1 bank reconciliation and daily bank statement updates; maintain cash position and cashflow control.

· GL & Tax : reconcile sub‑ledgers to General Ledger, VAT (PPN) and WHT 23 (PPh 23) — withhold, remit, and report via e‑Faktur/e‑Bupot/SPT Masa, support month‑end closing.

Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in retail & distribution (required).

· Proficient with Accurate Online or Mekari Jurnal (required).

· Familiar with omnichannel systems: Desty or Jubelio (required).

· Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot, data cleaning); solid understanding of journals & cut-off.

· Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to speed up daily tasks/documentation.

· Detail-oriented, disciplined, assertive communicator for collections; strong integrity and tidy documentation.

· English proficiency is a plus.
