Responsibilities:

  • Devise and manage client engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate and marketing activations (CSR events, media gatherings, brand campaigns).
  • Build strategic partnerships for long-term cross-promotion and brand awareness.
  • Create and implement public relations initiatives to drive business demand.
  • Collaborate on internal engagement programs to boost corporate culture and branding.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with budget, brand guidelines, and timelines.
  • Generate press releases and reports for internal and external communications.
  • Support the broader marketing strategy including brand building and client nurturing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Healthcare, FMCG, or B2C industries.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, creative, and independent.
  • Strong organizational and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal & written).
  • Pleasant, outgoing personality with strong initiative.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and attend events as needed.
