Brand Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Input & Analysis: Support the marketing team by managing data input, organizing customer information, and assisting in the analysis of customer trends to uncover strategic opportunities.
B2B Lead Generation (Outbound): Identify and approach potential B2B leads through outbound methods, including direct outreach via Instagram DM and other relevant channels, to build lead pipelines.
Content Planning: Assist in developing content strategies and calendars to support new brand development initiatives.
Growth Performance Tracking: Monitor and update internal dashboards on B2B and B2C growth metrics across all active campaigns and sales channels.
Marketplace Revenue Management: Support day-to-day operations and performance tracking of our new brand across online marketplaces.
Market & Competitor Research : Conduct in-depth 4P analysis and competitor research to inform brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Marketing Campaign Support: Help plan and analyze marketing campaigns by compiling performance decks and generating insights from campaign results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing analysis, branding, or campaign support
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with basic marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads)
Creative thinker with a good understanding of branding, content, and consumer behavior
Strong attention to detail and effective communication in cross-functional teams
