Key Responsibilities:

  1. Able and understand to monitor, record, submit and ensure vessel certificates are valid when operating.
  2. Able and understand how to coordinate with vessel agents or vessels currently operating regarding ship documents.
  3. Understand the laws regarding offshore vessel operations.
  4. Able to conduct direct negotiations with authorities, government agencies, vendors related to safety equipment services, ship safety equipment certification, etc.
  5. Carry out arrangements and be able to negotiate the costs of extending documents or certificated.
  6. Have link to Government agencies ((Perhubungan Kelautan)(Point Plus).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Law, IPK min 3,50.
  2. Able to speak english (writing, listening, speaking) fluently and have TOEFL min 500.
  3. Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards is a plus.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
