Responsibilities:
- Handle CEISA 4.0 and BC 1.1
- Send vessel advisories and communicate vessel schedules to customers.
- Handle customer booking and inquiry.
- Stay informed about country regulations and restrictions.
- Ensure operational team's compliance with HSEQ and corporate policies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers (internal and external).
- Coordinate with client, principal, transshipment office and destination office.
- Input and clarify shipping data from client to inhouse and principal system.
- Coordinate with other team members(s) for data submission, including but not restricted to generate BL and data manifest.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder or above will be ideal.
Excellent communication and coordination skills (written and verbal fluently in English).
Experience in operating CEISA 4.0 and BC 1.1
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to plan tasks efficiently.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant experience as CS and/or Documentation staff in shipping or forwarding company.
- Relevant experience in generating manifest for customs submission will be ideal.
- Have knowledge and experience related to shipping and/or freight forwarding industry.
