Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Staff with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management—preferably with experience in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate is confident, analytical, and customer-focused, capable of supporting business growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through strategic marketing and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market reach and brand awareness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Enhance customer experience through tailored sales approaches and market insights.
  • Utilize data-driven marketing to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition.
  • Boost brand visibility through digital marketing and targeted campaigns.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry (polyurethane).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Experience in bedding & furniture or polyurethane products business is an advantage.
  • English proficiency at business level.
  • Possess a valid SIM A (car driving license).
