Manage, monitor, and analyze the company's inventory of goods/materials to ensure availability aligns with operational needs with a high level of accuracy. This position plays a critical role in supporting smooth procurement and distribution processes through effective stock planning, creation of purchase requests, and efficient inventory control in line with the budget.

Jobdesk :

  1. Set and update safety stock, lead time, and order frequency for each SKU monthly.
  2. Create monthly stock purchase forecasts and submit purchase requests (both planned and urgent).
  3. Request stock transfers between warehouses.
  4. Create item codes and descriptions in SAP.
  5. Analyze DOI, ROL, and stock movement (fast, medium, slow, and dead stock) every month.
  6. Provide recommendations to ensure the FIFO system is implemented properly.
  7. Prepare annual Inventory activity plans, manage the team's budget, and KPI.
  8. Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
  9. Recommend strategies to reduce overstock and prevent out-of-stock conditions.
  10. Conduct stock opname (stock-taking) to ensure accuracy between physical and system data.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, or 3 years of experience as an Inventory Manager.
  3. Strong proficiency in SAP (mandatory).
  4. Solid understanding of inventory control, stock planning, and warehouse operations.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  7. High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
