Currently we are looking for an Inventory Management Specialist with the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory records and system to ensure accurate and timely inventory tracking.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (BD and Customer Service) to forecast inventory needs and identify potential stock issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and coordinate physical inventory audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with a finance team to optimize procurement and transportation processes.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for inventory management and continuously improve inventory operations.
  • Review and analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Cooperate with the Customer Service team to ensure we can address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in management, business, or any major.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in inventory management (75%) and customer service operations (25%).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Having good empathetic listening and communication skills.
  • Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, possess great flexibility and preferably someone who loves sport.
