Role Description

  • Lead and develop medical and clinical strategies aligned with the company's goals
  • Ensure excellence in healthcare quality, patient safety, and compliance with national and international regulations
  • Supervise and provide guidance to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals
  • Prepare staff work schedules to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations of medical and supporting staff
  • Handle complaints or issues that arise in service delivery
  • Collaborate with other units, such as administration, finance, pharmacy, and others, to ensure smooth service operations
  • Prepare performance reports on medical and supporting services for clinic management
  • Provide strategic input to the executive management on medical innovations and investments

Qualifications:

  • Medical Doctor with extensive clinical experience; additional qualifications in healthcare management are a strong plus
  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional medical experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation, healthcare regulations, and local best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willing to be located in West Jakarta area
