Job Description
As a Chief Financial Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership to the finance and accounting teams.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies for the business.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Managing financial risk and investment strategies.
  • Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Producing accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Financial Officer should have:

  • Local Indonesian only.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytic and strategic planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
