Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking General Manager to lead and grow our operations in Jakarta & Medan. This role is pivotal in managing the overall business performance of the branches, ensuring profitability, and maintaining the high standards of customer experience synonymous with BMW and MINI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end branch operations: Sales, Aftersales, Premium Selection, Parts & Service
  • Drive overall business performance, including turnover, PBIT, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision
  • Ensure compliance with BMW Group standards and all local regulatory requirements
  • Inspire and manage cross-functional teams to foster a productive and customer-centric culture
  • Liaise with BMW Indonesia and key stakeholders to align on business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the premium automotive industry
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on leadership
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
