We're hiring in Bandung (On-Site): Accounting & Finance Lead – Product Owner Track (ERP Software)

Starting Salary: IDR 15,000,000 – 35,000,000 / month (based on experience)

Location: Bandung, Indonesia — Dago (On-Site)

 is building the modern ERP platform for U.S. appliance dealers. We're expanding our Accounting & Finance module, and we're hiring an accounting professional in Bandung who will grow into the Product Owner for Accounting Features.

This role requires strong U.S. accounting / bookkeeping knowledge, fluency in English, and expertise in both accrual and cash basis accounting, because you'll work directly with U.S. dealer workflows, QuickBooks-based accounting structures, and our U.S. leadership team.

What you'll do

  • Own and master U.S. dealer accounting workflows (GAAP-based)
  • Work confidently across accrual and cash basis accounting and know when each applies
  • Map real-world accounting processes into clean system workflows
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers
  • Partner daily with engineering to build accounting features
  • Test/validate features for accounting correctness with real dealer scenarios
  • Help drive the roadmap for GL, AR/AP, inventory costing, returns, rebates, and protection plans

Required

  • 3–7+ years accounting / bookkeeping experience
  • U.S. accounting / bookkeeping knowledge (GAAP)
  • Strong understanding of both accrual and cash basis accounting
  • Strong fundamentals in General Ledger, AR/AP, and month-end close
  • Comfortable with inventory-heavy retail/distribution accounting
  • Fluent English — spoken and written
  • Systems/process mindset (you like improving workflows)
  • Able to work on-site in Bandung (Dago office)

Nice-to-have

  • QuickBooks Online experience
  • ERP/accounting system experience (NetSuite, Dynamics, Odoo, SAP, Sage, etc.)
  • Experience translating accounting workflows into system requirements
  • CPA or other U.S.-relevant accounting certification
