Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the accounting cycle, including data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Help monitor and manage cash flow on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Support in preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Assist with basic tax documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Ensure all transactions and financial records follow company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the team in improving finance and accounting systems.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities under the supervision of the Finance Director.
  • Help coordinate with auditors or external parties for financial documentation.
  • Stay updated on accounting and finance regulations relevant to the tech industry.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or 
    fresh graduate
     majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and taxation.
  • Able to prepare
    Chart of Accounts, perform bank reconciliation, and handle bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance (PPh, PPN, etc.).
  • Internship experience (3–6 months)
    in a
    startup or tech company
    is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax fundamentals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and confident public speaking skills.
  • Able to
    communicate effectively in English.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work 
    on-site in Bandung
    .
