"IT Product Manager"

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Technical certification (e.g., ERP implementation, Product Management, or Data Analytics) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or ERP/SFA implementation roles (varies by level: Associate, Senior).
  • Experience with Sales Force Automation, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.), or custom enterprise systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end rollouts and driving adoption among sales or operations teams.
  • Strategic thinking – Define SFA and ERP product vision and roadmap aligned with business and sales operations goals.
  • System understanding – Strong grasp of SFA workflows (e.g., lead management, route planning, order taking) and ERP modules (e.g., inventory, finance, HR, procurement).
  • Integration literacy – Ability to work with APIs and middleware for SFA–ERP synchronization, and understand system architecture implications.
  • Data analysis – Leverage reports, dashboards, and logs to track performance, monitor adoption, and support decision-making.
  • Software delivery – Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices and release management across multiple systems (mobile, web, backend).
  • Communication – Clearly articulate product concepts and technical requirements to engineers, sales teams, and management stakeholders.
  • Prioritization – Balance trade-offs between feature requests, integration dependencies, and implementation timelines.
  • Problem-solving – Diagnose process inefficiencies in sales operations or back-office workflows, and design scalable, data-driven solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria to ensure backlog readiness for execution.
  • Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to align with business and customer needs.
  • Focuses on delivering value in each iteration, using metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Engages with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the backlog for continuous improvement
  • Works closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
