Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan memantau operasional fasilitas harian, mingguan, dan bulanan sesuai area (rumah sakit, perkantoran, industri, dll).
  • Mengawasi tim lintas fungsi (cleaning, teknikal, keamanan) untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional dan kualitas layanan.
  • Mengelola hubungan baik dengan klien, menangani masukan atau keluhan klien, serta memastikan kepuasan dan kenyamanan pengguna fasilitas.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), keamanan gedung, dan kebersihan lingkungan.
  • Mengawasi kegiatan pemeliharaan, renovasi, dan manajemen secara rutin terkait aset gedung, serta menyiapkan laporan operasional dan inspeksi secara rutin.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Sipil, Mesin, Elektro, Arsitektur, Manajemen, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait lainnya (IPK minimal 3.00).
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang facility management, property management, atau building operations.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi yang diutamakan: BNSP Facility Management dan K3 Umum.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat mengenai sistem bangunan (HVAC, plumbing, listrik, lift, genset, proteksi kebakaran, cleaning service, pest control, landscaping, dll).
  • Kemampuan dalam memimpin tim, analisis, dan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu berkoordinasi secara efektif dengan vendor dan stakeholders.
