About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility Management Senior Manager to join our growing team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient management of facilities across our operations in the Jakarta region.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring they meet required standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team and operation to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies, policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of facility management teams, contractors and service providers
  • Monitor budgets, analyse costs and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align facility management with the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Manager in facility management, ideally within a large and complex organisation
  • Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple facilities and leading teams
  • Excellent knowledge of facility management best practices, regulations and standards
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Proficient in project management, problem-solving and decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
