Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Power Engineering or a related field.
  2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (mandatory); basic Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
  3. Able to read and accurately translate professional mechanical/technical documents.
  4. Capable of delivering bilingual instruction in class.
  5. Preferably experienced in electrical system design, industrial electrical maintenance, automation equipment assembly and adjustment, or other relevant technical roles.
  6. Experience in mentoring, vocational education, or supervising technical internships is an advantage.
  7. Strong classroom management skills, ability to motivate trainees, and evaluate learning outcomes.
  8. Good cross-cultural communication skills and able to coordinate effectively between Chinese management teams and Indonesian trainees.

Key Responsibilities

Independently responsible for delivering training in assembly, adjustment, and maintenance, guiding practical sessions and assessments, contributing to the development and optimization of local curriculum resources, and ensuring training outcomes align with IMIP's position skill standards.

  1. Deliver training sessions, including theoretical explanations, practical demonstrations, hands-on guidance, responding to trainee questions, conducting evaluations, and summarizing learning outcomes.
  2. Conduct basic technical training and provide instruction on the proper use of electrical and automation equipment.
  3. Implement training programs in accordance with company-standard curricula, teaching models, and instructional methods.
  4. Participate in the development of Electrical Engineering training materials, including course information, practical training manuals, instructor guides, and presentation materials (PPT).
